Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed under the DMCA, you may file a counter-notification that must include:

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

We may restore the removed content if the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notice.
